Henry Cecil and John Gosden have shared the last four renewals but only the former is represented this year and ALL ACTION appears to hold leading claims of chasing home Mata Keranjang although Court Circle is sure to improve for his initial experience. Remarkably, this is Mata Keranjang's first run in a maiden and first outside Pattern company and he'll be a warm order to break his duck as a result. He failed to land a blow in the French Guineas but had finished a good third in the Free Handicap prior to that but this step up to ten furlongs isn't certain to suit so he could be worth taking on at the likely odds. All Action's run at Newbury was a disappointment given the promise of his debut but he is still the obvious candidate to oppose the favourite with and the King Edward VII Stakes entry remains a colt of immense promise. Heart Of Hearts and Cotton Mill come from good middle distance families and are of interest along with the two Godolphin owned runners whilst Court Circle is sure to improve considerably for his initial experience. He may need more time though and All Action may be a better option against the favourite at this stage.
