      Verdict

      The Nomad looks to have finally got his act together over hurdles and is given the nod in the finale. The Easterby clan rarely leave Wetherby meetings without a winner and this looks their best chance. Red Nose Lady is yet to fulfil the promise that was shown in bumpers whilst John The Mole has yet to trouble the judge in this grade. Maddy's Supreme is entitled to respect on bits of form that she showed in bumpers. Beyond Borders could be the fly in the ointment if forcing tactics are used on the Gollings representative.
