Verdict

A match on paper between Jungle Jinks and Moss Harvey. We will go for the former on this occasion. George Moore's charge has already taken the scalps of Hunters Tweed and Lord Jack in his first two chases of the season and should appreciate the test of stamina that the going will ensue. His market rival beat the useful Joly Bey earlier in the season but was put in his place on a softer surface at Newbury and will need to produce more today. The remainder of the field look very ordinary in comparison.
