Richterhoffen, New Art and Mr Rooney look the three to concentrate on in this nursery and the vote is given to Mr Rooney. The selection finished third behind the useful Pickett at Hamilton last time. That rivals has since gone on to run really well at Goodwood and with his yard finding their form he looks worth chancing today. Richterhoffen rates the main danger as this unexposed colt won well at Epsom last time when beating True Dream. He could be anything and is one to note in the market, but he may be better over a slightly longer trip and for that reason he is taken on. New Art is interesting as he won well at Yarmouth over 5f last time when beating Colourpoint. That was only his second start and there should be plenty more to come. However, his recent win came against some moderate rivals and although the step-up in trip will suit, he has plenty on his plate today if he is to get his head in front. Campbeltown is from a yard that have enjoyed a tremendous time this season and he ran well last time at Wolverhampton when second behind Outlook. He could be capable of making the frame but for the winner we will stick with Mr Rooney.
