A win for Sircozy would be further reward for his consistency, but he has yet to prove that he is as good on turf and we will tentatively side with PARC DES PRINCES, while Lunar Limelight and Lucayan Dancer can get involved. The last-named was awarded a similar Newmarket contest in the stewards' room and has gone up 4lbs as a result. He stays up to 1m 4f and loves fast ground, but he has not won off this mark in a handicap for a long time and is worth opposing today. Lunar Limelight has leading amateur Simon Walker up, and he is 5lbs higher than his best winning mark. This trip will suit, though he has yet to make the frame on turf and in that respect backing him comes with risks. The same goes for Sircozy, who clearly thrives on the Polytrack, and Gary Moore's charge still has a bit to prove on the green stuff when we check out his CV, so Parc Des Princes gets the nod. A positive is the form of Andrew Balding's string, while the first-time visor may also help his cause, and from a mark of 67 he should at the very least be competitive, though we hope that he can win.
