ZERO MONEY may be hard to peg back if he is allowed an uncontested lead; Goolagong has hit form at the right time to make this interesting, while Hobson and Zebrano are others to throw into the mix as leading contenders. Zebrano might have been in need of the run when he returned to action at Goodwood last month and, having coped adequately off this mark in the past, he would be dangerous to leave out of the equation; especially if there is confidence in the betting market. Hobson comfortably brushed aside Rio Cobolo when they met at Catterick earlier in the season and can at least be expected to uphold that form. He is very well treated in comparison to his juvenile rating and is no forlorn hope at this level. Goolagong is still relatively unexposed and, as the handicapper has virtually ignored her course and distance success earlier in the month, the Giant's Causeway filly is another with a feasible chance on these terms. However, the penny has finally dropped with Zero Money and, as he already knows how to win at this course, the Roger Charlton-trained gelding has a solid chance of making this a profitable return to Leicester.
