Precious Coral and DANIELLA DE BRUIJN can battle this claimer out between them and the latter gets the vote to follow up a recent Wolverhampton win. There is little to choose between the pair at the weights, though Simon Callaghan's Precious Coral has not yet managed to get her head in front at the jam stick. She acts well here and her last two runs mark her out as a leading contender once again. Daniella de Bruijn has won two of her seven careers starts including in this sphere over 1m 1f at Dunstall Park last time. All of her previous runs had been over 6f, so this drop back to 7f should not inconvenience. We won't know if she acts on this particular surface until tried and we just hope that she can do so this evening. Newton Circus took a course and distance claimer last time and has been dropped 1lb since. Ollie Pears' colt is not too badly drawn and can again get involved in the shake-up, though he has 7lbs to find with the selection. Cheek pieces may help Shark Man do better now, while Timelord has a nice draw and his optimum trip, so is not ruled out in a race not red hot on quality. Dinkie Short has seven lengths to find with the selection, which looks an arduous task, and we'll side with Daniella De Bruijn.
