MASAFI can maintain a good strike rate on the level with another win here, while They All Laughed and Rosewin can get heavily involved. The selection has not run on the flat since winning over 1m 5f on firm ground at Down Royal in September 2005. Kept to hurdling since then he has disappointed of late, but if translating his ability back to the level then he would have a major chance here with conditions and trip to suit. They All Laughed went well in defeat to Toshi at Chester and has his optimum conditions and trip. Connections certainly get their money's worth out of him and he does pop up with a win occasionally, so we can't rule him out. Rosewin won over course and distance a couple of weeks ago when picking up late and finishing with a rare rattle having had to come wide, so there may be a bit more to come from this 5lb higher mark. Drop The Hammer may be able to show us more now she is 4lbs lower than when making her handicap debut here last month and money for her would be interesting. Rawaabet would have a chance of taking home some money if able to run to his best, but preference is for Masafi.
