In depth
Verdict
Earl of Forestry looks to have the best form on view and should be capable of handling any threats posed by Men Of Destiny and Tokala. A stoutly built individual, he looks the type who should make his mark over fences in time. He may have ran a little green on his Plumpton but its clear that his presence at this level seems to have scared away the majority of the five-day entries. Men Of Destiny was third in a recent Fontwell bumper and is likely to make the running. Paul Nicholls did the train the second in that race so should theoretically have a line of form. Tokala is a half-brother to Flat scorers Generous Diana and One Dinar. The market is watched for clues. Lens Boy is similarly bred along flat lines although Dai Burchell has not had a winner in a National Hunt Flat race for many a year. Earl Of Forestry's form looks solid enough and it would be a surprise to see him beaten on all racecourse evidence thus far.
