There's very little to choose between Bo McGinty and MONTE MAJOR in this sprint seller but the latter has a decent record at this track and that's enough to swing the vote his way with Tournedos the one possibly representing a good each-way play. At the weights and based on their last encounter Bo McGinty should be able to get the better of the pick but that meeting took place at Southwell where Richard Fahey's charge is a bit of a specialist. Monte Major on the other hand seems to have no preference having been successful on the sand as well as holding a decent record at this track. He was running on well when taking third place late on over this trip in a handicap last time and if ridden closer to the pace he has a good chance back in this grade. Tournedos has every chance at the weights but is out of form however shouldn't be ruled out completely while Stash is a former course and distance scorer so could run into some prize money. There's two in this field that are on form and out of the pair we like Monte Major.
