Colorus and WRENINGHAM are both likeable types and can dominate this ahead of three-year-olds Leleyf and Wanchai Whisper, with the latter preferred. Stuart Williams' gelding is really consistent for the grade and continues to run well despite a lack of assistance from the handicapper. He has one way of winning and that's to bounce out and make them all go and those tactics can often pay dividends at Windsor, so with Ryan Clark's 7lb claim to help he's set to dominate. Colorus does much of his winning at Southwell but he's won over course and distance off a similar mark in the past so can clearly operate here. He was close behind an in-form Milton Bradley horse when last seen and gets to race of the same mark. That trainer saddles The Tatling who was further back in the same race and this admirable old boy is opposable still with Leleyf next best. Mick Channon's filly hasn't quite been at her best the last twice but her last visit here resulted in a good second to Wanchai Whisper. The latter needs a strong pace to chase over this trip but should get that and although 6lbs worse off with Leleyf should once more stay on to get involved. Doctor Hilary hasn't yet won over the minimum despite a number of chances and it's difficult to see him doing so here, with Wreningham our idea of the winner.
