OLYMPIC CITY is marginally preferred to First Avenue and Voice Coach. Mike De Kock's team have enjoyed some notable success this summer and Olympic City may be able to provide them with another winner now that she's switched to running on turf. She has run well enough in two starts at Kempton in competitive races to think that she has the scope to win a race of this nature. First Avenue is certainly deserving of getting his head in front following a string of consistent efforts. That has resulted in him climbing the handicap though and it's interesting to see that connections have resorted to fitting cheekpieces for the first time. Voice Coach is in the right hands if he's to live up to his pedigree but it was only a poor maiden that he won at Sandown and he looks opposable until proving that he can hold his own at this level despite his potential. Best Prospect is slipping back towards a decent mark and could feature as may Baylini who ran well at Windsor last time but Olympic City is taken to prevail.
