BOUVADARIA can maintain Henry Cecil's good strike rate at the track by getting the better of Darcey and Global City. The daughter of Oasis Dream has been saddled with a tall reputation which has seen her being sent off as market leader on all three starts. On the first occasion she found subsequent Listed winner Snoqualmie Girl too strong before a slightly disappointing run behind one of Richard Hannon's at Salisbury but she made no mistake in a fair race at Yarmouth on her third start. That success should have done her confidence the world of good and she's taken to take another step forwards this afternoon. Darcey left her debut form far behind to run out a ready winner at Catterick and the form looks fair with the first two finishing a long way clear of the remainder and there should be more to come from her whilst Noble Storm, Kingswinford and Count Paris all come into this race in winning form as well. Dove Mews is weighted to reverse August's Newbury form with Kingswinford if she can bounce back from a modest display on soft ground at Doncaster. Global City proved no match for the main protagonists in the Molecomb on his penultimate start but there was a lot to like about his latest start at Chester over five furlongs. He was drawn ten of thirteen there and finished strongly to fare best of those drawn high and is expected to find further improvement for tackling this sixth furlong. The vote, though, goes the way of Bouvardia.
