Flying Dragon represents last year’s winning yard, though came up short over track and trip last week, while Image Of The Moon was placed yet again when runner-up at Newbury and headgear is applied. Diviner has yet to win a handicap but went close to doing so when narrowly beaten at Musselburgh recently and is preferred to Stay Forever, who finished a long way behind the winner when second over 7f at Newbury. The Dancing Poet can improve now handicapping but hasn’t raced since March and another handicap debutant in GRAB AND RUN is preferred. The latter was no match for the odds-on Turjomaan at Newcastle last time but this extra distance should suit Richard Fahey’s charge and he gets the vote.
