A tough one to call and Elusive Flash is only a tentative selection ahead of Medley and Chantilly Tiffany. There may also be more to come form Telltime and Andrew Balding's filly is one to monitor closely in the betting. Telltime has made steady progress and, having proved her stamina for the trip here last time out, she could be good value to at least make the frame. Chantilly Tiffany has been highly-tried and her form figures do not tell the whole story. This is more her grade and a bold show can be expected. Medley has only finished out of the place once in seven previous starts and has a consistent profile. The daughter of Danehill Dancer does not always find as much as expected, though. And Dane O'Neill will need to deliver her just right if the Queen's filly is to prevail. Therefore, we prefer to take a chance with Elusive Flash, who was a very expensive purchase as a two-year-old. Admittedly, she was well beaten in a Listed race at Warwick last month, so does need to show a bit more resolution. However, her previous third in the Group 2 Fred Darling Stakes sets the standard today and, even under top weight, Michael Jarvis' filly has to be given a solid chance to get back to winning ways.
