Verdict
In the opener, Spanish Bounty is selected ahead of Firestreak and Raven's Pass. Spanish Bounty's Class 2 win at Newmarket last time - on which fom he holds Aaim To Storm - rates as very solid in the context of this contest and he can go well in an interesting Listed race. Firestreak looked good when scoring on his Sandown debut, while Midships did the job well when scoring on his Newbury debut. Mister Hardy looked promising earlier in the campaign but needs to leave a disappointing Epsom run behind him if he is to feature today, while Montagne d'Or overcame greenness to score on his Catterick debut and is entitled to build on that. Raven's Pass also did the job nicely on his debut and Unnefer stepped up on his debut to win over seven furlongs at Newmarket last time. In truth, there are plenty that could be given claims in this race with our selection being Spanish Bounty.
