David Loder unleashes yet another potential flying machine here in the shape of Mansfield Park who can go in at the first time of asking ahead of Isidore Bonheur and Instructor. Loder has a phenomenal strike-rate with his youngsters and Mansfield Park looks all set to add to his score if the gallops reports are correct. The daughter of Green Desert is a full-sister to Cape Cross out of Park Appeal so is bred to get a mile next season. She has been working well with some of the stable's more experienced youngsters and and with Frankie Dettori in the plate, is fully expected to oblige before going on to better things. This race was won 12 months ago by Summitville, so a quote for next year's 1,000 Guineas may be forthcoming if Mansfield Park does the business. Isidore Bonheur, named after the famous 19th century French sculptor, is another who has been stretching out well on the Faringdon Road, but Barry Hills' inmates tend to need a run or two before showing their best form on the track. Instructor has had the benefit of an educational outing at Windsor were he caught the attention of many in the parade ring due to his well-muscled appearance. Not knocked about when his chance had gone, he will do better over this extra furlong and is on the short-list for the frame. However, it is Mansfield Park who is taken to go in at the first time of asking.
