Granary gets the nod from Resplendent Ace and Sintenis Mac in another handicap where most of the field can be given a chance. The selection hails from the in-form Henry Candy yard and is stepping back up in trip after a couple of runs over a mile. She took the eye at Pontefract last time when staying on well from the rear from a high draw. She's bred to stay this far and, indeed, qualified for a mark in maidens over middle distances; she looks progressive. Sintenis Mac has a little more to prove but he has attracted strong market support on more than one occasion and may be able to deliver the goods one of these days. He also has his stamina to prove at this trip but he could pop up at a price at some stage. Resplendent Ace has done most of his racing on the all-weather but he should act on grass and has the form to take a hand if near his best. Smirfy's Silver is in form, support for Montrose Man would be of interest and cases can be made for King Of Rhythm and Sir Duke as well. Trappy fare with Granary the tentative selection.
