Verdict

BE INVINCIBLE, Law to Himself and Vito Volterra make the shortlist here, with Be Invincible taken to score in the finale. Law to Himself made a promising debut at Beverley, before springing a surprise at Ripon last time. He is clearly progressive, unraced as a juvenile, Law to Himself can go well despite top weight. Vito Volterra was best of the rest behind a clear winner here on Thursday and that was an improved effort though he is yet to win outside selling or claiming class. Be Invincible enjoys fast ground-his only win came on debut in those conditions, and although he has failed to win since, he ran well in defeat last time in a big field at Newbury. This looks a good opportunity for Be Invincible to start living up to his name.
