Young Mick has been a credit to connections and can return to winning ways at the expense of Mustajed, Nawamees and Glistening. Young Mick was extremely profitable to follow over the winter, and has won six times in all since the start of the year. George Margarson's four-year-old started the winning run on a mark of 54 and has gone up nearly 40lb since thanks to his remarkable run. He was slightly unlucky in running as well at Newmarket last time but still finished a close fourth, and the return to this easier ground will hopefully not be a problem for such a game animal. Mustajed shaped well when third at Windsor on his return to action but does not look that well treated and would certainly not want any more rain, while Nawamees is another that likes to hear his hooves rattle. Glistening has it to do on his return under topweight, but the Cumani stable is in such good form that it would be folly to rule Tenby's half-brother out completely. The ultra-game Young Mick will not be beaten easily though and is the pick.
