Strong Suit has to be on the short-list for the reasons stated in the preview of division one but CAPAILL LIATH is preferred on this occasion with Tarjeyh and Formosina other likely looking types. Strong Suit hails from the all-conquering Hannon yard but aspects of his pedigree suggest that he may be suited by a stiffer test in time whereas Capaill Liath's pedigree screams precocious juvenile. His sire, Iffraaj, has yet to produce a juvenile winner from his first crop and this colt was only a cheap purchase but there have been some encouraging signs and the Hills colt is related to a number of speedy juvenile winners. Tarjeyh may be more of an individual for the long game but his half-brother, Navajo Chief, was fast enough to make a winning debut over five furlongs and he's worth monitoring given that it's early days for the yard's juveniles this season. Formosina hails from another yard that has yet to take the covers off their youngsters but they have just hit form and the booking of Ryan Moore is a positive. Once again the market will make interesting reading but Capaill Liath is a likely looking type on debut.
