KING OF JAZZ is the nominal selection ahead of Face The Problem and Extra Power whilst Memen is sure to be fancied to step up on the form of his debut. Paul Cole's charge ran well enough here at the first time of asking and should be involved but a chance is taken with Richard Hannon's newcomer King Of Jazz. The East Everleigh handler has won renewals of this maiden with the likes of Canford Cliffs and Major Cadeaux in recent years suggesting that he likes to target the race with a useful sort and it will be interesting to see what the market makes of this Acclamation colt. Face The Problem represents a yard whose runners here often attract support and he would appear to be the stable's first string and makes appeal on paper being related to a juvenile winner. Extra Power is related to some fair sorts whilst Sylvester Kirk has his string in great form and knows how to train smart juveniles so his three runners should be monitored along with Bankroller whose yard won a division of this race last year. The market is sure to reveal plenty but King Of Jazz looks sure to be involved.
