BOUNDLESS SPIRIT should improve a fair bit for his Thirsk debut and is taken to get off the mark today, while Kassaab and Lexi's Hero are also short-listed. The last-named sees a racecourse for the first time and is related to juvenile winners. Pedigree suggests that he will act on the ground, although if it dries out more that would be preferable, and with the stable going well enough he has to be respected. Kassaab showed up well on his Musselburgh debut when making the frame behind Majestic Myles. He is bred for speed and looks likely to show even more this time, so a win would be no surprise. Night Singer is well worth a market check, while Hi Ho Ron needs to show much more than on debut and preference in the opener is for Boundless Spirit.
