Clive Brittain won this race last year with Misheer and can do the business twelve months later with BREEDJ who is preferred to Geesala, Fifth Ave and Above The Stars. The selection shaped with plenty of promise on debut at Lingfield, filling third spot behind Phoebs. The early indications are that the form looks solid and with plenty of improvement to come this Acclamation filly looks a solid option. Geesala was impressive on debut at Pontefract and she is respected given the number of other horses that the yard could have put in this race, Fifth Ave improved markedly from first to second runs and looks the type to carry on progressing, whilst Lady Brookie steps up in grade after a Thirsk claiming win last time out. Above The Stars is bred to be quick and she lived up to that when making a lot of the running at Beverley on debut; her trainer likes to have winners at the track and a bold bid is anticipated. Primo Lady was an eye-catcher at Chester last time out, whilst Turn The Tide was well-fancied on debut at Haydock and impressed with her performance. The second home has since run well in a competitive Ascot maiden so the form looks strong, however we are happy to return to Breedj as the selection.
