The trio for the shortlist would appear to be DABBERS RIDGE, Fremen and Kings Point with the vote given to the first mentioned. The selection has won two of his last three starts and there is little doubt that he is a leading player in this grade. He has been off the track since early July but if he sees out this longer trip today then he can continue to pay his way. Fremen has no such concerns with the trip and he is chasing a hat-trick of successes today. It was a weak claimer he won last time but he did do the job in some style and he is entitled to be involved in the shake-up. His stablemate Kings Point is eased in grade and he has to be respected. He has won over the course and distance but he has been a little below-par of late so he is hard to recommend with confidence. Jim Goldie has his string in good form at present so both Willyn and Papa's Princess are worth considering, but the vote goes to Dabbers Ridge.
