It can pay to side with ENTREAT in the finale, although Queen Eleanor and Supaverdi are also worth a look. Sir Michael Stoute sends our selection to post here and she looks worth another chance as something clearly went amiss with her at Brighton last time when she finished down the field. She had previously looked quite a smart prospect and she looks to have been found a good opportunity here to open her account. Queen Eleanor hails from the John Gosden yard but she has a few questions to answer after a disappointing effort at Pontefract last time out. Supaverdi has disappointed on her last two starts and although she would have claims on the form she showed earlier in the summer, she appears to have regressed since then. Luck Will Come is a course and distance winner but she is exposed in relation to some of the fancied runners here and it will be a surprise if she is good enough to land the prize. Lady Brora hails from a yard who have been in decent form and she can prove best of the others, but Entreat is worth another chance and she gets the nomination.
