      Verdict

      SWILLY FERRY can come out on top here at the main expense of Wasmi and Transfixed. The selection is a lightly-raced colt and he went off too quick in a better race than this at Newmarket last time before fading and finishing down the field. He had previously won his maiden in good style here and he looks a colt to stay on the right side of. Wasmi won a maiden at Wolverhampton last time over 7f and she is dropped in trip today. She won well last time but she did have the run of the race and it will be interesting to see if she can back that success up. Transfixed has more miles on the clock than some of these but there was plenty to like about the way she scored in a nursery at Chester last time and it is worth noting that she won from the worst of the draw that day. Fleeting Echo caught the eye at Kempton two starts ago but she then disappointed at Salisbury last time and she will need to leave that running behind if she is to make her mark today. There are plenty in with chances but the vote goes to Swilly Ferry.
