This is a real pin-stickers affair, with none of the big field in sparkling form, hence why they're at this level, but a number have won over course and distance, including our selection RHAPSILIAN. Others on the shortlist though should include Plumage and Bateleur. Jonathan Geake's putting a first time visor on Rhapsilian, who last time out trailed in second five lengths behind Bateleur in a marginally better race. The big swing in the weights in Rhapsilian's favour could see a reversal in fortune. She's never won on turf though, with just one all-weather success, and doesn't have the greatest of draws. However, there may not be too much to beat here. Bateleur followed up that victory with a runners up place behind Sherjawy, to add further collateral form to the tricky puzzle that is this race. Plumage remains a maiden after 11 runs, but has only been narrowly beaten in his last two outings, and he's got the benefit here of a decent draw. Bohobe and Another Try both won lowly contests last time out, but neither tend to put decent runs in in successive races. Dualagi is another looking for back to back wins; she'll have her supporters and can usually be relied on to run her race, but there's not much consistency at this level. It's not a race in which to go steaming in, but we think it could go the way of Rhapsilian.
