    In depth

    Verdict

INTRUSION has looked progressive in three runs and looks fairly treated now starting his Nursery career and with more expected gets the vote but Memorabilia respected form a top yard while Andy Haynes usually places his horses well so Novabridge also makes the list. The selection followed a promising debut with a couple of improved runs in maidens. His on-form yard have hardly put a foot wrong all season and with the results working out from each start so far he should run a big race. Memorabilia hasn't shown a great deal in maidens but has looked the type to do better in handicaps. His stable are in red-hot form so a bold bid isn't ruled out. Novabridge won on debut and in a seller three starts ago but hasn't shown much in a couple of runs since. Based on his best he's fairly treated and he looks a live one. Crimson Knot is consistent but might need to improve so Intrusion looks the best choice in a tricky opener.
