Mark Johnston has a good record when he sends one out for a quick reappearance at this meeting and Nero's Return looks a fair bet to add to the statistics. Helm Bank and Kamanda Laugh are others that are very much respected, while Cesare is obviously ahead of the handicapper and will no doubt be a popular choice to continue on his merry way. However, the on course bookmakers are unlikely to take any chances with him and, as this is the toughest assignment that he has faced so far, he may be worth opposing against these wily campaigners. Helm Bank has some solid form to his name and could be good value to make the frame, whereas it will also be dangerous to put a line through Kamanda Laugh, who is holding his form well this season but has a lot to do from his wide draw. Therefore, we switch to Nero's Return on this occasion. The four-year-old ran a blinder in the Summer Stakes on Tuesday and a repeat of that effort will bring right into the equation here.
