In the opener, we give the nod to Brancacci, with others for the shortlist being Malech and Woolfall Blue, but keep an eye on the betting also. With the stable's juveniles running with credit, Brancacci, who cost 50,000 guineas, should be viewed with interest so watch the betting, while Ivans Ride is a potential improver, and Malech has shown enough in his two starts to date to be considered a contender today. Eoghan O'Neill's two-year-olds have been in good nick so give some thought to The Bard Song, while Woolfall Blue followed up a fair sixth to Sir Xaar with a reasonable second at Newmarket last time, so he is another to consider. Kristal's Queen and Keep Attacking are possibly two for future reference, and Miracle Girl showed little on her debut. Finally, Psychic Star is worth keeping an eye on but, for the winner - if the market vibe is a good one - we will side with Brancacci.
