Farnborough caught the eye at Wolverhampton last time and is taken to beat Burgundy, with Eijaaz and Didoe two others that can get involved in the finish. Farnborough has been a model of consistency on the all-weather this year, having not been out of the first three in his last seven outings. Hopes are high then that the Richard Price-trained inmate can make his return to Turf a successful one off a reasonable mark. Burgundy is another that can normally be relied upon to reach the frame at least, and he returns to the scene of his second to Iffy just a week ago. He now races off a lower mark, having been dropped four pounds in the interim, and goes well round these bends so is going to be a big danger. Eijaaz got into trouble at Newbury last time, otherwise he would have been closer than fourth, and should hold Didoe at least on that running, although the latter does have the help of Saleem Golam who has been in great form. A close contest can go the way of Farnborough.
