Big Bad Bob ran well in defeat at Doncaster and can make amends, with Linngari, Shot To Fame and Mister Genepi out to stop him. Big Bad Bob is a classy performer on his day and if getting into the lead, could be hard to pass. John Dunlop's charge was good enough to make all in a Group 3 contest in Germany as a three-year-old, and showed that he still has what it takes when dishing out similar treatment to his rivals at Doncaster last September. In need of the run in the Earl of Sefton Stakes on his reappearance in April, he kept on well when headed by Sabre D'Argent at Doncaster last time and should now be spot on. Linngari is reckoned to be Listed class at least but has not impressed this term in two outings, although they were both decent affairs. Shot To Fame has to give weight away all round, but Mister Genepi will certainly find this easier than when taking on Shamardal in the French Derby. Andean has not been seen at all since joining Godolphin from David Loder and a watching brief is advised, so for us it has to be Big Bad Bob to make all.
