The finale is a fillies' handicap and for the winner we look to Foxy Gwynne, with her biggest dangers reckoned to be Flamand, Moonfleet and Laurollie. Foxy Gwynne ran very well when second to Lysandra at Newbury last time and, with this slightly easier trip looking likely to suit, she can go well from the same mark. The lightly-raced, Luca Cumani-trained, Flamand could be interesting on just her second Turf run, while Untimely is probably better than she has so far shown, but we prefer others. Rabitatit is well weighted based on her September 2003 win, but she has failed to hit the target since. Moonfleet showed improvement over course and distance in a first-time visor last time, so is entitled to some respect, and Laurollie showed a liking for 12 furlongs when beating Song Sparrow (who will by now have run on Wednesday) last time and, even though she is dropping back to today's distance, commands plenty of respect. However, once again, the selection is Foxy Gwynne.
