PALOS CONTI is our preferred option with Sir Harry Cool and Herald Angel as the dangers. Tim Pitt's return to training has not been a smooth ride back though this horse provided a note of cheer. He does not seem to be the easiest of horses to ride but if he can be persuaded into cooperation as he was at Huntingdon, he could prove very hard for the handicapper to gain a true assessment upon. Sir Harry Cool has gone up 9lb for a success at Wincanton. If he stays the extra distance, he cannot be discounted. Herald Angel stays further than this and is on for the hattrick. Having won off a mark of 76 - it will be some effort to repeat the feat off 110. Indian Pipe Dream was much better than these in his pomp but he has become unreliable. Gunnadoit has been given a chance by the assessor though he has put up a couple of lifeless efforts of late. Teenage Kicks has yet to recapture the promise of his debut bumper. Palos Conti gets the nod.
