Some interesting newcomers line up here including Sir Michael Stoute's pair Allegretto and Evidential but those with experience have shown enough to take a race of this nature with the vote going to Be My Queen ahead of Golphin's pair Abhisheka and Act Friendly. Like the Godolphin runners, the selection is by Sadler's Wells but, unlike the bin Suroor pair who ran in maidens, Aidan O'Brien's filly was not disgraced in a Group 3 contest on her debut. This looks a more realistic target for her and under Kieren Fallon she gets the vote. Marcus Tregoning has his string in really good form right now so the chances are that In Dubai may improve on previous solid form, although she probably needs to. John Gosden's Distinctive Look has shown promise on both starts so far and her trainer's runners are always worth a second look at this time of year. Clive Brittain's Al Dhahab and Henry Cecil's Fantastisch are others to consider but Be My Queen takes a big drop in class and is given the vote.
