Guto, Grazeon Gold Blend and Secret Night all have claims in this valuable contest but Triskaidekaphobia bounced back to form at Musselburgh last week and may prove to be too speedy for them all. The selection had looked a two-year-old to keep on the right side of when scoring at York in July but has lost his way since until that effort at Musselburgh and, if in the same mood, he will be tough to beat. Killarney Beauty is less exposed than many of these and has to be respected along with Skhilling Spirit, although he is yet to prove himself on today's softer ground. Spearit should have no difficulties with the going but needs to improve, while The Terrier has to prove that she can stay the extra furlong having done all of her racing over the minimum trip so far. Triskaidekaphobia has similarly yet to race beyond five furlongs but it was interesting that at Musselburgh he was held up rather than blazing a trail and connections may have wanted to see if they could get him to settle which they clearly can. Karl Burke's colt has a touch of class about him and is expected to show that here.
