        Verdict

MISS DAAWE could surprise the likes of Mr Wolf and Sea Crest. Brian Ellison's stable seem to be in relatively fair form at present and while it has been a long time between drinks as far as wins for Miss Daawe are concerned, she certainly is at the right end of the handicap to do so. Mr Wolf probably was undone by a high draw at Pontefract. He reopposes Cornus on better terms this afternoon although the draw today is far from favourable. Sea Crest was well punted last week. Her yard are performing well at present so expect a big run this afternoon. Radiator Rooney is well treated versus his all-weather form and should not want for match fitness. Ask Jenny was not knocked about once her chance had gone on reappearance and there could be more to come. A race made all the more trickier by the draw so at the forecast odds, we side with Miss Daawe.
