Verdict
Peopleton Brook can beat Blades Boy, with Unlimited and Wise Wager both needing to improve to figure. With a nice draw in stall seven, there is no reason why Peopleton Brook should not take the beating in the finale. Milton Bradley's charge defied an absence of seven months when popping in at odds of 50-1 at Chepstow last month, and made it two out of two since joining his current yard when making all from a good draw at Sandown next time. Although he then failed to carry a six-pound rise to victory at Newcastle, the son of Compton Place ran with credit to finish third, and in this company, can quickly bounce back. Blades Boy appears to be a danger on his third in a lady riders' race at Leicester, and he has won on fast ground in the past. Wise Wager was fourth here last time with Unlimited behind, and may do better if kept up with the pace more. Theatre of Dreams has it to do off topweight, and so we return to Peopleton Brook as the answer.
