No stars on offer here but Yankee Jamie (who has reportedly suffered with a wind problem) should be the one to beat. He beat Grangewick Flight here earlier in the month and although we are taking account of those training troubles, it is very difficult for us to look elsewhere. Gayles and Showers finished a creditable second over an inadequate trip last time up. He is fairly modest though and his only chance of beating the likely favourite is if the ground were to be bottomless. Of the Jim Goldie representatives, Kung Hei Fat Choi looks the pick. He looks an out-and-out stayer but he seems happier on a softer surface. If there is any market support for former pointer, To The Future; this would be highly interesting.
