AZADAY is expected to improve for this longer trip and can account for recent winners Sternian, Seattle Speight and Market Puzzle. Chris Wall boasts an impressive level stakes profit at this track and Azaday can add to that by opening her account on her sixth visit to the track. She didn't achieve a great deal in three runs as a juvenile but has improved with each run this season and this half-sister to useful middle distance performers High Accolade and Oasis Knight is expected to relish this stiffer test of stamina. She certainly won't need to be out of the ordinary to lower the colours of selling winners Sternian and Market Puzzle whilst Seattle Speight was made to work very hard for victory over course and distance and has 5lbs more to carry. New Code was well backed at Lingfield and may be worth another chance to justify his trainer's confidence with Abu Wathab another that may prove capable of better but Azaday is the one for us.
