Verdict
REDSENSOR is the pick for the opener, being preferred to Talk of Saafend and Yakama. Micky Quinn's gelding won last time out over course and distance; there was cut in the ground then for what was a lowly seller. Although this may be the extent of his limitations, nonetheless he could well be good enough, especially with the advantage of being bottom weight. Talk of Saafend is more than capable too. She's found life tough going in handicaps, but is also chasing a second successive victory, after winning at Kempton. She was second in a better contest at Newmarket not so long ago, and sellers and claimers seem to be her forte. Christine Dunnett's runners are ignored at your peril on her local track, and she sends out Yakama. He drops back in trip and looks capable of winning at this sort of level, especially from stall 7. Our selection though is Redsensor.
