Dinner Date is the most consistent runner in the lineup and so the course and distance winner must be high on anyone's shortlist, however Cheveley Flyer won impressively when last seen and he can win again despite a 6lb rise in the weights. The selection was hardly setting the world alight over hurdles earlier this year but he relished the return to the flat when romping home at Brighton earlier this month and if in the same frame of mind, he can record another victory in the sea air on ground that suits. Dot's Delight and Panda Power are both unexposed so need a check in the betting, whilst Darghan can go well if building on his fair third last time out but he hasn't always done in the past. Billy One Punch couldn't land a blow last time out but the booking of Jamie Spencer takes the eye, and whilst Intavac Boy may go well at a price, we are happy to return to Chevely Flyer as the selection.
