With good form on ground that's on the easy side BY COMMAND lands the vote in another low grade handicap in preference to the consistent Tevez while any market moves for Sir Mozart would be very interesting. Having only just missed out off this mark last time the selection looks well-weighted on the pick of his turf form so looks to have strong claims on this race with the conditions no bother to him. Tevez has filled third place on each of his last two starts so while he is expected to give his running again he is up in the handicap despite defeat and he is untested on this going. Sir Mozart is still open to improvement and makes just his second start for this shrewd yard. He's got soft ground form in Ireland and has a chance off a competitive mark. Clever Omneya's win off a ridiculously low rating in January offered hope of more and while that is yet to come we still hold out hope of at least some minor money. It looks to early to write off Woolfall Sovereign after his poor handicap debut on just his second start so we wouldn't be surprised to see improvement but while in a good run of form we'll side with By Command.
