A chance is taken with Lady Suesanne in a weak selling grade contest. Eminence Gift and Sonntag Blue are others to consider, while an each-way case can be made for Greek Dance if he consents to run anywhere near his official BHB rating. However, he probably would not find himself in this grade if that could be guaranteed and others make more appeal on balance. Sonntag Blue appeared to lose his way after he won a similar contest at Wolverhampton last December. However, he has shown signs of a revival of late and can be considered as a threat now that he drops back to a more appropriate trip. Eminence Gift scored over ten furlongs when she was last seen out but has enough speed to be effective at a mile. Her yard does well in sellers and claimers and she should not be dismissed too quickly. However, preference goes to Lady Suesanne on this occasion. The daughter of Cape Cross has been crying out for a crack at this distance and she has very little to find to last home against this moderate bunch of rivals.
