Najca De Thaix, Truly Fruitful and Earlsfield Raider could be the three to concentrate on here with preference for Earlsfield Raider. Adam Pogson rode the selection to victory here at the end of April. Whilst he would probably want some more rain, he still handles this ground well and can still be competitive off this mark of 109. Top-weight Najca De Thaix is very consistent, but he is 5lbs above his highest winning mark and he has been well-held in three recent outings. Shanahan seems to have regressed since a promising 2007, so a bigger danger may be Another Native who drops in trip as he returns to hurdles. Truly Fruitful has been in good form in lesser races recently, whilst Linden Boy won well on his final start last year and would be a player if returning in the same sort of form. At a price Norbone Bandit, formerly trained in Ireland, could go well as he didn't run badly last time, however it is Earlsfield Raider who gets the very tentative vote.
