Millie's Rock will be popular here after a 10f win last time and this step up in trip can help her improve, but one that could make very significant strides here is Sterope, who we hope improve enough to take this. Henry Cecil's filly remains a maiden after four starts in those sort of contests, and she makes her handicap debut here from a mark of 67. Thus far she has been kept to around a mile, but her excellent pedigree suggests that stamina is her forte and she can improve plenty for this extra half mile, which can be the key to her success. Millie's Rock should also be at home now stepped up to this trip. She carries a penalty for that Beverley win and she is in a rich vein of form, so she is very much respected. Adorabella has proved she stays this far and races from a competitive mark here, so with conditions to suit we expect to see her involved. Broken Moon looked better for being upped to 10f last time and can find more over quarter-of-a-mile further, Nieve Lieve is certainly worth a try over the trip, being related to stayer Taxman, while Shenandoah Girl is fully exposed and probably wants rain. Sterope is the suggestion in the opener.
