Prunes found an uphill finish too much last time out but is fancied to get off the mark here at the main expense of Cherished Song. Sir Mark Prescott's charge is evidently no world-beater however she has shown enough in three starts to date to suggest that she can land a modest contest such as this. She travelled well last time out but didn't find an awful lot for pressure although this easy seven should suit down to the ground. Hurstpierpoint and Bonny's Babe bring some average form into the race but neither could be backed with tremendous confidence, whilst Ten Spot is quickly dropped in grade and should be monitored for market support, along with stablemate Brick. Cherished Song has shown ability on two runs, improving significantly on her first start next time up. At a price Carry On Cleo could be rejuvenated by the application of a visor, however Prunes is fancied to get off the mark.
