In depth

Verdict

CASTANEOUS is taken to get the better of General Tufto and Special Chapter. The selection has got some solid Irish form and he ran with plenty of promise here last time out. He looks the type who will win his fair share of races and in this company he is a confident pick. General Tufto was well beaten last time out and he has a big question mark to answer over this trip. We are happy to oppose him today, so Special Chapter could prove a bigger danger to our selection. This filly is lightly-raced and she has shaped as though she would be seen to better effect when upped in trip, so it will interesting to see if there is any money for her today. Hurforharmony can prove best of the others, but in a race that will not take much winning we are happy to nominate Castaneous to lead them home.
