GREEN ONIONS can follow up a recent Great Leighs success to land this, but expect strong challenges from Halaak and My Best Bet. A six pound penalty may not be too much of a handicap for him, and although his best runs have come at Great Leighs, he should be able to handle this version of the polytrack. My Best Bet might have been, but for a low draw, especially as she's a hold up type. She has won a better grade race than this before though. Halaak's best form has been at Southwell, and she tries this faster surface for the first time. David Simcock's yard is in good form though, and he wouldn't bring her here if he didn't think she had a good chance. However, we marginally favour Green Onions.
